The Japan Water Forum and the World Water Council are proud to co-organize the 5th edition of the Kyoto World Water Grand Prize. This prestigious prize aims to find and develop outstanding grass-roots activities related to water issues around the world.
In this context, the 5th Kyoto World Water Grand Prize seeks to honor a distinguished organization that has been workingon solving critical water issues in developing countries.
Presented every three years at the World Water Forum, the Prize will be awarded at the 8th World Water Forum that will take place in Brasilia, Brazil, from 18 to 23 March 2018. The winner will be granted an award of 2,000,000 JPY (approx. 18,000 USD).
Applications will be accepted until 29 September 2017.
