L’Institut international de gestion de l’eau (IWMI) lance un avis de recrutement pour des travaux de recherche sur cinq principales thématiques.

Pour plus de détails, consulter le message ci-dessous.

The International Water Management Institute (IWMI) is expanding to meet the water resource challenges of the 21st century. This is creating a unique set of openings for thought leaders in water research for development to make a lasting contribution to global water security. We are looking for dynamic, original thinkers who can lead our new research themes, delivering cutting edge and innovative evidence-based solutions relevant to the challenges in the regions that can make a real difference to poverty alleviation and ecosystem health.

Climate change, urbanization and demographic change are presenting new challenges, as well as opportunities, for managing the world’s water effectively. Solutions require inter-disciplinary approaches and cross-sectoral partnerships. While agricultural water and land management will remain IWMI’s core business, we also seek to position our research to respond to the wider vision of a water-secure world.
We are pleased to announce that IWMI is recruiting for five Theme Leader (TL) positions, and is looking to hire highly motivated and skilled individuals to fill the following :

  • Theme Leader – Water Futures ;
  • Theme Leader – Revitalized Irrigation Systems
  • Theme Leader – Sustainable Agricultural Water Management
  • Theme Leader – Ecosystem Services
  • Theme Leader – Governance, Gender and Poverty
